I'm Filip Gjorchevski, a professional Strength & Conditioning Coach and UEFA "A" licensed football coach with over 10 years of experience in youth academies, senior professional teams, and international football environments.
My focus is simple: building stronger, faster, and more resilient players, while minimizing injury risk and maximizing long-term performance. I've worked with top-level clubs in Macedonia and Saudi Arabia, delivering modern, data-driven conditioning programs.
Combining UEFA-level education, performance analysis tools (GPS & video), and a strong background in pedagogy, I help players and teams consistently reach their full potential — physically and mentally.
